"When I was first introduced to Steve my guard immediately went up. Understandably there is a certain connotation with credit card processors; businesses have learned to bite the bullet and hope for the best when it comes to understanding processing fees.
When I left that first meeting with Steve I walked away feeling like he was sincerely concerned with helping our business understand the labyrinth of statements and processing nomenclature. Sure enough over the next few days I saw him occupying an empty office digging through statements working tirelessly trying to uncover our processors proprietary language and loopholes that resulted in big processing fees.
